1.) If I’m running late, I am doing the best I can to get to you.
2.) You running late makes my next client extremely unhappy.
3.) I don’t mind being your therapist, but I’m allowed to think less of you when I hear you say mean things about other people.
4.) If you bring me a picture of Jennifer Aniston and you have thin/fine hair, I can’t work miracles.
5.) If you are a “glass half empty” person and I always mess up, why do you keep coming back? At some point, I’m going to tell you to find a different stylist.
6.) I can’t color your hair when you continually answer your cell phone.
7.) A 20% tip is appreciated.
